All prices are displayed in USD, and you will be charged in USD regardless of your display currency selection.

SoulPet Canvas artworks are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) image generation technology. Each artwork is uniquely generated based on your uploaded photo and selected style. AI-generated images may contain minor imperfections or artistic variations. LumiPaw delivers these artworks as a custom artistic creation service and does not guarantee photographic accuracy or likeness.
When you purchase a SoulPet Canvas product, you receive full ownership of the physical product delivered to you. LumiPaw retains the right to display, reproduce, and use the AI-generated artwork (including derivative versions) for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the digital artwork files. The original photo you upload remains your property at all times.
You agree not to upload images that contain pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content. You must not upload images that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights — including but not limited to fictional characters, celebrities, or branded content owned by others. LumiPaw reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and permanently ban accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
LumiPaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
