When you use our SoulPet Canvas service, your uploaded pet photo is transmitted to our AI image generation partner (fal.ai) for processing. The photo is used solely to generate your custom artwork and is not stored permanently by the AI service provider. Generated preview images are stored temporarily with a visible watermark. High-resolution files are only generated after payment and are stored securely for order fulfillment and delivery. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated artworks to train AI models.
