Each Crystal-Soul undergoes a 7-step artisan process: 12 hours of precision printing, 4 hours of hand-polishing, and Walnut base finishing. Processing takes 3–5 business days. International shipping via Sensitive Goods Channel takes 15–25 business days. Estimated total delivery: 30–45 natural days (approximately 4–6 weeks). SoulPet Canvas and Light Box orders are processed within 7–12 business days and shipped via international parcel delivery (10–20 business days). Estimated total: 3–5 weeks.
We don't rush perfection. Each Crystal-Soul undergoes a 7-step hand-polishing process before being mounted on a premium Walnut wood base. Combined with the built-in rechargeable lithium battery, your keepsake must travel via specialized “Sensitive Goods” air freight channels (PI967/UN38.3). This ensures maximum safety through rigorous customs inspections and specific flight scheduling — slower than standard mail, but far safer for your irreplaceable keepsake.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your package is dispatched. You can monitor your shipment every step of the way through our shipping partner’s tracking portal.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. We are working to expand to more destinations.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause minor delivery delays.
